Exchanges (if applicable) 

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at allnaturalcarena@gmail.com and send your item or drop it off to: 1415 Gaylord, Dallas TX 75217, United States.

My policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you recieved the item, unfortunately I can’t offer you an exchange. 

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

This company is not responsible for any allergic reactions to products purchased. Please read the ingredients carefully before purchasing to ensure reactions will not occur. All products contain the following: Unrefined coconut oil, unrefined jojoba oil, vitamin e oil, and essential oils.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
